Company’s management, chartering and operations team was placed in Odessa. Accounting matters and communication with local authorities were handled by the Dubai office.

BPG Shipping has progressively established a good track record of professionalism and competency in its field.
2018
Joint venture BPG Shipping with big UK Industrial Group announced
In order to increase capitalization of the company and thus take advantage of opportunities in the growing freight market BPG Shipping and industrial company Liberty, UK (company within the structure of GFG Alliance, UK) created joint venture under brand ‘Kronos Bulkers DMCC’.

Liberty Commodities Ltd in this project acted as financial partner. BPG Shipping acted as management, chartering and operation one. All chartering and operations staff of BPG Shipping joined Kronos Bulkers accordingly. Such transfer was managed in a smooth manner and that, operationally, Kronos Bulkers activities were simply a continuation of those of BPG Shipping.

Kronos Bulkers entered market mid 2020 and performed chartering and operations from Odessa office.

By the end 2020 by attracting local experienced staff Kronos Bulkers established chartering desk in Karachi, Pakistan.

Company efficiently used the opportunities of the freight market boom 2021.
2020
